If you are asking for ORWO NC-19 films — I used the prescribe times for CD — 10 – 11 minutes at 21°C. Yes, I did bracketing in the beginning to test the film and times, but further applied what was on the leaflet, as the results did not deviate much (factoring time passed since expiration, of course).
If you are asking about cross-processing other color negatives in C-5168 — first I did a bracketing of each film and later on adjusted my times for the results. In my post, before each film cross-processed I put times and temperatures.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if I can help you further.
